Hi, I'm Rachel!
I teach indoor cycling, yoga and group exercise classes in Surrey. I specialise in pre/post-natal fitness and personal training.
I believe in empowering women and created Fit Mama Surrey to help them achieve their fitness goals. I wanted to create a space for women to feel confident to train, whether they are a regular gym-goer looking to enhance conventional training, recovering from injury or childbirth.
I myself train with Body Sculpt, Mama's Bootcamp and EMS and have been amazed by the fast results. Not only have these classes helped restore my body confidence, they have helped me regain strength, cardiovascular fitness and improved my mental wellbeing.
Since having my sons, I have experienced firsthand the challenge of juggling fitness with a busy schedule. For that reason, you are welcome to bring your little ones along to my classes, which means there is no need for childcare.
