Saturday's Weekend Energiser class is designed to help you recharge, refresh and relax.

Every Thursday 7.45-8.30pm (Restorative Yoga)

and Saturday 10.30-11am (Weekend Energiser)

£10 per class.

Private 1:1 sessions available.
