The sad truth is that far too many of us feel stuck, stressed out, frustrated, lethargic and overwhelmed. We aren’t really living, and we certainly aren’t loving our lives.

Too often we neglect ourselves as we prioritise everyone and everything above ourselves until we get to the point where we can’t bear it any more – we are looking and feeling awful and life feels like and endless struggle.

This 6 week programme is designed to change all that, and help you achieve lasting happiness, health and wellbeing in your life. Imagine for a moment what that would feel like…

Whilst everybody is different, we all have key areas in life that cause problems, struggles and pain of one kind or another. This programme is designed to help you master each of the areas below, one step at a time, so you get to live a life you love. It really is that simple!

At the initial meeting, we will work together to understand your life across a number of dimensions:

- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Sleep
- Hormones
- Relationships
- Mindset

Following this initial meeting, I will create a bespoke 6 week action plan for you. This will include achievable and measurable goals relating to all life aspects mentioned above. You will also receive a personalised nutrition plan.

Every week throughout the programme, you will receive 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions lasting between 1-1.5 hours each. These sessions will include guided Meditation and Breathwork.

You will receive ongoing support over the entire programme to help you stay on track.

£275 for a 6 week programme.

Personal Training

Working with your strengths and weaknesses, Fit Mama Surrey Personal Training will help you achieve your fitness goals. These 1-2-1 sessions are fun yet challenging, personally tailored to your individual needs.

You will receive ongoing support to help you stay on track.

Freshly sanitised weights and equipment will be provided.

These sessions are held outdoors, at a location of your choosing. The current Covid regulations prevent this from being in your garden.

£50 per session.
