This state of the art technology can provide all the benefits of a 90 minute workout in just 20 minutes. EMS training is time efficient and 2 training sessions per week are sufficient.

Training is customised for you, targeting specific muscle groups.


Intensity is increased by combining basic exercises with weights and resistance accessories, to assist in achieving your fitness goals.

Training stimulates the following muscle groups, simultaneously:


- Abdominals, Waist, Upper Back, Lower Back, Shoulders
