EMS is capable of helping you tone up, manage weight, improve lymphatic circulation, increase metabolic rate, and prevent osteoporosis. Training is low impact and therefore suitable for post-injury rehabilitation as well as post-natal recovery.

Originally designed by physiotherapists to aid rehabilitation, EMS stimulates deep muscle fibres from the inside out. A full body suit delivers low frequency impulses to amplify the natural contraction of muscles. This state of the art technology can provide all the benefits of a 90 minute workout in just 20 minutes. EMS training is time efficient and 2 training sessions per week are sufficient.

Training is customised for you, targeting specific muscle groups. Intensity is increased by combining basic exercises with weights and resistance accessories, to assist in achieving your fitness goals.

Training stimulates the following muscle groups, simultaneously:

Training sessions are delivered within the comfort of your home or my Weybridge studio.

 

Training is offered one-to-one. Alternatively, bring a friend for a fun-filled group session. 

One-to-One Training: £50 pp
