Body Sculpt

Designed to build your strength, Body Sculpt Online is guaranteed to help you tone up from home. You will be guided through a series of Pilates and body weight exercises, with specific focus on the core and glute muscles.

To intensify the workout, you are invited to use weight dumbbells and resistance band (although these are not necessary).

Body Sculpt is delivered online via Zoom.

Every Monday at 7.45pm.

£9.50 per class.

Mama's Bootcamp

Enjoy fresh air, exercise and socialising with other Mama's.

Designed to build your strength and cardiovascular fitness, Mama's Bootcamp is guaranteed to make you sweat and tone up. You will be guided through a HIIT circuit of plyometric and body weight exercises.

You are welcome to bring your baby. I will adapt the workout to include your pram.

To intensify the workout, I will provide freshly sanitised weight dumbbells and resistance bands.

After your 45 minute workout, enjoy complimentary coffee/tea and healthy homemade snacks.

Every Tuesday 10-10.45am.

£11.50 per class.

Personal Training

Working with your strengths and weaknesses, Personal Training will help you achieve your fitness goals. These 1-2-1 sessions are fun yet challenging, personally tailored to your individual needs. 

You will receive ongoing support to help you stay on track, including a detailed fitness and nutrition plan.

Freshly sanitised weights and equipment will be provided.

These sessions are held outdoors, at a location of your choosing.

£50 per session.
