Body Sculpt

Designed to build your strength, Body Sculpt Online is guaranteed to help you tone up from home. You will be guided through a series of Pilates and body weight exercises, with specific focus on the core and glute muscles.

To intensify the workout, you are invited to use weight dumbbells and resistance band (although these are not necessary).

Body Sculpt is delivered online via Zoom.

Every Monday at 7.45pm and Friday at 1pm.

£9.50 per class.

Mama's Bootcamp

Designed to build your strength and cardiovascular fitness, Mama's Bootcamp is guaranteed to make you sweat and tone up. You will be guided through a HIIT circuit of plyometric and body weight exercises.

You are welcome to bring your baby. I will adapt the workout to incorporate your pram.

We will be training in the beautiful location of Painshill Park. Given the natural setting, we can use the benches/hills/railings/tree stumps to our advantage.

To intensify the workout, I will provide freshly sanitised weight dumbbells.

After your 45 minute workout, enjoy complimentary coffee/tea and healthy homemade snacks.

We meet in the car park at 9.45am and enter the park together.

Every Tuesday 10-10.45am.

£10 (+£2.50 park entry) per class.

"Rachel is everything you want in a trainer, firm but kind with firsthand experience of birth recovery and time frustrations of being a new mum.

I love that I can bring my baby with me to Bootcamp so no childcare is needed. We use the buggy for extra support or resistance where needed. I've managed to successfully get my core working again and even dropped a dress size!

Set to the rhythm of fun and energetic music, you will ride online with your instructor and burn around 500 calories.


This class is guaranteed to make you sweat, challenge your legs, and will leave you riding high on endorphins.
