Working with your strengths and weaknesses, Fit Mama Surrey Personal Training will help you achieve your fitness goals. These 1-2-1 sessions are fun yet challenging, personally tailored to your individual needs.

Freshly sanitised weights and equipment will be provided.

These sessions are held outdoors, at a location of your choosing. The current Covid regulations prevent this from being in your garden.
