Personal Training

Working with your strengths and weaknesses, Fit Mama Surrey Personal Training will help you achieve your fitness goals. These 1-2-1 sessions are fun yet challenging, personally tailored to your individual needs.

You will receive ongoing support to help you stay on track.

Freshly sanitised weights and equipment will be provided.

These sessions are held outdoors, at a location of your choosing. The current Covid regulations prevent this from being in your garden.

Various dates/times are available. Please contact me for more details on how to schedule your session.

£50 per session.

Discounted bundles are available.

Suitable for all levels.
