Designed to build your strength, Body Sculpt Online is guaranteed to help you tone up from home. You will be guided through a series of Pilates and body weight exercises, with specific focus on the core and glute muscles.
To intensify the workout, you are invited to use weight dumbbells and resistance band (although these are not necessary).
Body Sculpt is delivered online via Zoom.
Every Tuesday 1-1.30pm (express class) and Friday 1-1.45pm.
Designed to build your strength and cardiovascular fitness, Mama's Bootcamp is guaranteed to make you sweat and tone up. You will be guided through a HIIT circuit of plyometric and body weight exercises.
You are welcome to bring your baby. I will adapt the workout to incorporate your pram.
We will be training in the beautiful location of Esher Rugby Club. Given the natural setting, we can use the benches/hills/railings/tree stumps to our advantage.
To intensify the workout, I will provide freshly sanitised weight dumbbells.
After your 45 minute workout, enjoy complimentary coffee/tea and homemade healthy snacks.
£11.50 per class.
