Service Description

Designed to build your strength and cardiovascular fitness, Mama's Bootcamp is guaranteed to make you sweat and tone up. You will be guided through a HIIT circuit of plyometric and body weight exercises. You are welcome to come alone or bring your baby. I will adapt the workout to incorporate your pram. We will be training in the beautiful location of Esher Rugby Club. Given the natural setting, we can use the benches/hills/railings/tree stumps to our advantage. I provide freshly sanitised weights and yoga mats. After your 45 minute workout, enjoy complimentary coffee/tea. £11 per class. Discounted bundles available.
