Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is such a special time, a time to connect with your body and baby.

 

I invite you to join me in online classes, where I will guide you through a series of stretch and strength-building postures. Finish off the session with breathwork, meditation and a relaxing Savasana to bring calm to your body and mind.

If you have any specific pregnancy aches and pains, please message me in advance so that I can provide you with modifications.

Every Wednesday 7.45-8.30pm.

£10 per class.

Suitable at all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards.

A powerful yoga practice, set to high energy music.

 

Feel the beat of the music and move in a fluid motion.

 

This class is designed to invigorate and will leave you feeling high on endorphins.

Every Saturday 9.30-10.15am.

£10 per class.

Unsuitable for complete beginners.

Yoga Class

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is the powerful practice of connecting body and mind.

You will be guided through a series of poses to challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

These sessions will involve breath, body, and meditation. I place special emphasis on controlled breathing, posture and building core strength.

Every Tuesday 7.45-8.30pm.

£10 per class.

Classes are delivered online via Zoom.

Suitable for all levels.

 

Restorative Yoga

& Breathwork

Restorative Yoga is focused on strength and connectivity, aligning your breath with movement.

You will be guided through a flow of powerful poses, grounding you into the earth and enabling you to feel the power of Woman.

Allow me to introduce you to the amazing practice of Breathwork, a specialist meditation technique known for its physical and psychological benefits.

Benefits include:

- Boosted energy levels
- Emotional wellbeing
- Heightened self-awareness and discovery
- Deeper connection with yourself and others
- Improved sleep

These sessions include breathwork, meditation and a relaxing Savasana to calm your body and mind. During this closing phase, I will invite you to light some candles and enjoy the moment.
